In PEI National Park, New Glasgow, Prince Edward Island, we stayed at the Cavendish campground, lot #B20. When we camp with a tent and kids, it’s always important to be near the washroom facilities, which was great with this site. The site was pretty big as well but with less privacy because of the little amount of trees.
Again, we wanted to explore a different trail every day. We explored the Cavendish beach trail which was 1.1km one way and the Cavendish Dunelands 2.3km one way. We also explored a bit of the Homestead trail, but turned around because there were too many mosquitoes (it had just rained).
When we weren’t hiking, we spent all of our time at the really nice playground, or at the beach!
